Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates; monitor spend; approve invoices, variations, and procurement.
  • Manage contracts and stakeholders; negotiate and resolve contractual issues; maintain client communication.
  • Lead site teams; assign tasks; supervise contractors/subcontractors; conduct regular site inspections.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; address site issues promptly.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle delays, disputes, and emergencies.
  • Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 510 years experience managing medium to large construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority processes.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting, risk, and resource management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in MS Project or Primavera; familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM tools.
