Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects across multiple regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects. With a strong focus on data center projects, the role requires hands‑on leadership in coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with relevant policies, laws, and regulations of each country/region, as well as company rules and systems, uphold corporate image and employee rights, and ensure completion of assigned targets.
  • Support sales in pre‑sales project proposal development and client discussions.
  • Participate in project bidding activities.
  • Oversee construction projects from government approval to handover, managing the full lifecycle. Develop project management plans, and oversee quality, schedule, cost, safety, change, and risk control throughout project execution. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attend construction progress review meetings organized by contractors and PMCs, guide discussions, and optimize project timelines.
  • Manage project handover and acceptance, coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure on‑time, quality completion.
  • Organize and manage personnel, finances, and materials on‑site, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
  • Maintain good relationships with business units and prepare for inspections by government and regulatory bodies.
  • Report safety or quality incidents to management immediately and assist in proper resolution.
  • During handover, review project completion status and documentation, prepare acceptance plans, organize inspections, review as‑built documents, assist with audits and handover procedures, and support final project settlement.
  • Prepare project summaries and improvement suggestions post‑project to build organizational knowledge for future reference.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in Electrical, HVAC, Engineering Management, or related fields (Singapore equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&E Project Manager in Singapore; data center project experience preferred.
  • Familiar with construction workflows and tools for M&E systems (e.g., power, lighting, generators, plumbing, HVAC) and software such as AutoCAD, P6, etc.
  • Proven experience in M&E project management, including planning, budgeting, change control, and risk management.
  • Hardworking, responsible, strong communication skills, fluent in multiple languages, and able to follow directives.
  • English can serve as the working language, with fluent Mandarin speaking and listening skills.
