Job description

As a dynamic Project Manager at Macgence Technologies Pvt Ltd., a leading AI training data company, your primary responsibility will be spearheading the delivery of critical data and language solutions that drive cutting-edge AI models. You will play a crucial role in managing complex projects involving text, audio, image, and video annotation, linguistic data collection, multilingual transcription, translation, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and model evaluation.Your impact will be significant as you define and execute clear project plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Collaboration with diverse teams of linguists, annotators, QA specialists, and engineers will be key to your success. You will champion best practices in annotation design, guideline development, and reviewer training while effectively managing multiple projects across different time zones.To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, AI, or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within annotation, data labeling, or linguistic services. Your solid grasp of various annotation methodologies, hands-on experience managing annotator and reviewer teams, and proficiency in data annotation platforms will set you up for success.Exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and client-facing communication abilities are essential, along with familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, and Monday.com. Preferred assets include experience in managing RLHF, model fine-tuning, or Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation projects, knowledge of ISO quality frameworks, data Quality Assurance (QA) techniques, and linguistic error taxonomies.If you have demonstrated experience in coordinating global and multilingual teams, hold Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.), and possess the ability to analyze annotation data for continuous project improvement, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position at our office in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
