Job summary

An interior design firm in Singapore is looking for a project manager to lead interior fit-out projects. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in the industry and a diploma. Responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards. Requirements
  • Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, MS Project
  • Proficient in English

Responsibility
  • Take lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
  • To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site progress reports, as built drawings and etc.
  • Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
  • Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods
  • Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests;
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.· Leading project team for project execution
