A leading insurance company in Singapore is seeking a professional to support their transformation strategy. The role involves managing project life cycles, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet their milestones. Candidates will work closely with the Head of Division, participate in strategic planning, and document important decisions. Ideal applicants are expected to have strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to improve processes across the company.
The STO is responsible for driving UOI’s transformation strategy and execution. This spans a range of projects and initiatives across the company, including process improvement and automation, technology delivery, and businessstrategy.
The person will support the Head of Division within the full spectrum of company-wide transformation activities under the Strategy & Transformation Office.
Provide support throughout the entire life cycle of projects, including but not limited to:

Undertake any other assignments and directives as allocated by the Senior Manager to contribute to the overall corporate objectives
