Job description
Main Duties and Responsibilities

The STO is responsible for driving UOI’s transformation strategy and execution. This spans a range of projects and initiatives across the company, including process improvement and automation, technology delivery, and businessstrategy.

The person will support the Head of Division within the full spectrum of company-wide transformation activities under the Strategy & Transformation Office.

Provide support throughout the entire life cycle of projects, including but not limited to:

  • Attending to the day-to-day operations of the Strategy & Transformation Office.
  • Planning and strategizing on projects, from initiation to sign off, including active feedback and calibration of project status.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedule, budgets and expenditures while ensuring that project milestones are met.
  • Ensuring that all project documentation, including requirement papers, project plans, and progress reports, are current and correct.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decision made during meetings

Coordinating with project team members, stakeholders and participants on assigned projects, examples include:

  • Scheduling of required meetings and discussions for projects, projectcommittees and partner meetings.
  • Follow up with participants to ensure actionable are executed.
  • Collation of status updates.
  • Coordinating with external parties on issues resolution.
  • Gathering participants feedback and requirements.
  • Documenting existing practices and driving improvements to identified areas.
  • Obtaining alignment with participants and stakeholders on change management areas.

Undertake any other assignments and directives as allocated by the Senior Manager to contribute to the overall corporate objectives
