A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee work programs and ensure execution according to client specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering and at least 8 years of local experience in managing structural steel construction. Responsibilities include planning, preparing technical proposals, coordinating meetings, and managing cost estimates for execution of work.
Plan, manage and co-ordinate all activities related to the work programs. Prepare and submit schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans. Coordinate and attend all meetings. To ensure the works are executed according to the specifications and client requirements. Do cost estimates. Prepare cutting drawing, fit-up and implementation for final welding. Plan and ensure smooth operation of the work. Ensure all the works are executed in accordance to safety standards.
