Job summary

A service management company in Singapore is seeking a Manager to oversee consumer satisfaction, staff development, and operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in ACMV works, holds a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety standards and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for consumer satisfaction, staff development and operations management.

  • Attend to clients' enquiries and feedbacks, including service recovery.

  • Facilitate and ensure that work related to fault, repair, installation, maintenance and emergencies are completed within the appropriate timelines and standards.

  • Understand site-specific requirements to address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, inspire and maintain a high-performing team.

  • Ensure adherence to customer guidelines for all site activities including safety standards and house rules.

  • Plan visits to check technician performance, job progress, inventory and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct daily team meetings for review and development.

  • Plan, design, and organise staff training programmes.

  • Attend to requests and respond to emergency call after working hours.

  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.



Requirements


  • 5 years of experience managing ACMV works.

  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

  • Manage Work at Height Certificate - Assessor/Manager.

  • OFAC Certification an added advantage.

  • This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only.
