Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Candidates with previous experience in Interior Fit-outs will have an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability.
  • Administer all site works, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied.
  • Preparation of tender documents, including drafting of project schedule, construction methodology, site utilisation and planning and assist in awarding construction and procurement contract.
  • Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Preferably a Diploma or Degree qualification in Interior Design or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of working experience in project management.
  • Candidates with to Interior Fit-outs will have an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects, administrative works, competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Certification in WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to work independently
  • Able to work on weekend when necessary.
