As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross‑functional team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team of engineers, researchers, and cybersecurity experts.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of hardware security principles, AI algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
• Solution Design: Architect and design innovative hardware cybersecurity solutions that integrate AI capabilities to detect, prevent, and respond to threats.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware security principles, including secure boot, hardware root of trust, and side‑channel attacks.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and Verilog/VHDL.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hardware security certifications and standards (e.g., Common Criteria, FIPS 140‑2).
• Knowledge of cloud security and network security principles.
• Experience with AI hardware accelerators and specialized hardware for machine learning.
