The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. The successful applicant will lead safety initiatives and integrate HSE practices into daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Enforce full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, standards, and statutory requirements across all fabrication facilities.
• Lead the effective rollout and execution of project-specific HSE Management Plans.
• Organize and manage the deployment of qualified safety personnel to ensure adequate HSE coverage and oversight during project activities.
• Provide support during project tender and bidding stages by performing gap assessments between project HSE requirements and existing yard HSE systems to identify key risks.
• Promote and lead proactive safety programs and behavioral-based initiatives to strengthen a positive HSE culture and drive continuous improvement across the worksite.
• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure HSE practices are fully integrated into daily operations.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on yard and project HSE performance data, identifying leading indicators and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements
