Job summary

A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage multiple interior fit-out projects. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion while maintaining clear communication with clients. Responsibilities include supervising design interpretations, managing schedules and procurement, and resolving on-site challenges. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in project management and excellent communication skills. This role offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with additional support for the management of projects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Supervise the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover.
• Coordinate with in-house designers, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret design drawings and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
• Ensure all projects meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports for management and clients.
• Lead site meetings, monitor work progress, and promptly resolve any on-site challenges.
• Oversee procurement, materials management, and delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
