A construction and design firm based in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project implementation and manage resources effectively. Job description

Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.

Liaise with Clients, Building Management, Consultants, Project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress update and monitoring of quality, contractual requirements and ensure their works are within the schedule.

Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: Min. Diploma
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, preferably in construction, or ID (Commercial/Retail) industry
• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, and ability to understand construction drawings.
• Able to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• BCSS Cert will be advantage

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Saturday, 9.00AM – 1.00PM
