Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for site management. You will lead a team of site supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring the construction progresses according to schedule while maintaining quality control. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, and knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is advantageous. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge in residential & commercial building installation works is essential.
• Familiarity with HDB projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage site activities and oversee supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and ensure construction progress as per schedule.

• Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.
• Enforcement of quality control and safe management control.
• Keeping site staff and subcontractors informed on approved materials & latest drawings.
• Coordination of different trades on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge in residential & commercial building installation works.
• Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.
• Those familiar with HDB projects will have added advantage.
• Applicants without relevant qualification must have minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Training provided for fresh graduates with no experience.
