• Position Title: Project Engineer (Electrical)
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 6.15PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handling projects from tender & sales team for execution
• Compile and prepare document and material submission lists for timely delivery.
• Design and review project drawings and documents, ensuring timely submission to customers
• Monitor submissions and follow up with customers for timely approvals.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for project materials and coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers.
• Coordinate site activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, and progress reporting, with the construction team
• Regularly update the project schedule and prepare weekly & monthly progress reports for internal and customer reviews
• Control project costs within the allocated budget
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health standards during project execution
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of electrical engineering experience
• Prior experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage
• Experience in project management is a plus
