A civil engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist the Project Manager in executing civil engineering projects. The role involves supervising site works, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, and preparing technical documentation. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects.
Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
Monitor project progress and report site issues, risks, and delays.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of all civil works.
Assist in resolving technical and construction issues on site.
Ensure all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 –3 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects (fresh graduates may be considered).
Good knowledge of structural works, architectural works, and construction processes.
Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software (e.g., BIM/Revit is an advantage).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on site and able to manage fast‑paced project environments.
