Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects.

• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

• Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.

• Monitor project progress and report site issues, risks, and delays.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of all civil works.

• Assist in resolving technical and construction issues on site.

• Ensure all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 –3 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects (fresh graduates may be considered).

• Good knowledge of structural works, architectural works, and construction processes.

• Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software (e.g., BIM/Revit is an advantage).

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on site and able to manage fast‑paced project environments.
