• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and coordinate project planning activities.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to address and resolve project-related issues, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
• Verify that all project work adheres to quality and safety standards, conducting inspections and audits as necessary.
• Monitor and manage the project section's budget, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, progress reports, and compliance records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• General understanding of electrical systems.
• Possess a LEW license is an added advantage.
• With knowledge on Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Preferably with AutoCAD software knowledge
