Job description

Job Scope

  • Assist project manager with day to day on-site monitoring, project implementation and scheduling.
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and manage projects (in part or wholly) to ensure timely progress and delivery of goods/services, while meeting budget, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, regulations, and contract specifications.
  • Be accountable for project safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct and participate in project progress meetings; review schedules and milestones.
  • Manage the project team’s training.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare method statements, proposals, test plans, acceptance plans, and project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and schematics is an advantage.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assign by superiors.

Working Schedule:

  • 5.25 days work week, alternate Saturday.
  • 8.30am to 6pm.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Project Management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for site travel and supervision).
