Job Scope
- Assist project manager with day to day on-site monitoring, project implementation and scheduling.
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and manage projects (in part or wholly) to ensure timely progress and delivery of goods/services, while meeting budget, quality, and cost requirements.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, regulations, and contract specifications.
- Be accountable for project safety and quality standards.
- Conduct and participate in project progress meetings; review schedules and milestones.
- Manage the project team’s training.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare method statements, proposals, test plans, acceptance plans, and project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and schematics is an advantage.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assign by superiors.
Working Schedule:
- 5.25 days work week, alternate Saturday.
- 8.30am to 6pm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Project Management.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for site travel and supervision).
