Job description

Responsibilities:

• Resolve all site architectural issues
• Monitor site progress and prepare inspection with Resident Engineer
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors on projects and work
• Prepare and coordinate CONQUAS assessment
• Coordinate design detailing between consultants and client, including submitting and updating status of shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials, as well as supervising work progress
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate successful project completion
• Ensure quality control for all aspects of the project, reducing defects
