Job summary

A project management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in managing and monitoring project progress. The candidate should have a degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, monitoring project risks, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks. Proficiency in MS Project and other software tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Experience in module fabrication & FPSO conversion yard preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel and Word.

Job Description

• Assist project manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet technical requirements and time schedule with high quality standard and cost effectiveness.
• Attend to daily tasks relating to project and customer's requirements and work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production & Quality Departments
• Coordination and liaison with subcontractors relation to planning and programming and vendors on cost, quality and schedule issues.
• Prepare the project schedule and progress report and alert higher management on the project risk when occurred.
• Maintain the proper documentations follows Project Execution Plan throughout the project cycle.
• Progress monitoring to ensure all activities completed in timely manner.
• Planning and liaising with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants’ representatives, site supervisors, and sub-contractors; on all aspects of the project to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
• Attend site meeting, inspection
• To monitor progress and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress and report submission.
• Familiar with MS projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Module fabrication & FPSO conversation yard experience is preferred
• Computer proficiency in MS Project / Excel and MS Word, Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
