Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for junior and senior positions in project management. Responsibilities include overall project management, conducting progress meetings, and building client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in AutoCad, MS Project, and BIM Software. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred due to client interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in related fields (Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership and executional capabilities.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships.

Job Description

• Overall project management, including tender submission, project planning, execution, and T&C.
• Oversee project(s) progress and performance.
• Conduct weekly project progress meetings (office and work site).
• Evaluate executional feasibility, cost and technical requirements on client design proposals, specifications
• Review mechanical and electrical services shop drawings in AutoCAD and BIM drawings.
• Liaison with governmental agencies, consultants, and project developers.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
• Identify, gather and manage necessary resources to complete the project, including preparation of complex engineering standards, design and work specifications, project schedules, budgets and forecasts; material and equipment utilization, project staff and external contractor coordination.
• Instill and build Learning Culture in the firm.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership, planning and executional capabilities.
• Positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Client focused, able to build and manage client relationships
• Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Project, BIM Software
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)
