Job Responsibilities
Role: Project Coordinator / PMO

The candidate will be a member of the PMO Office in Singapore. The role is to provide support on IT financials, personnel on-off boarding, contract management, invoice processing and other administrative function for the IT department.

IT Financials
  • Handle invoice processing; verification of timesheets and invoices
  • Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
  • Support other key financial activities and reporting (e.g. accruals, cost allocation) and handle ad-hoc queries.
  • Support Project Leads on resource forecasting activities
Personnel On/Off-boarding
  • Work with various IT Managers, vendors and HR to ensure that resources are On/Off-boarded timely and in line with standards and policies.
Contract Management
  • Responsible for maintenance of the global contract database
  • Support the contract maintenance renewal process and other contract administration activities.
  • Assist and provide support on periodic management reports.
  • Support other departmental administration, IT events and other initiatives.

Skills Requirements of the Role
  • Professional and Technical
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore financial accounting standards
