A leading lighting company in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in managing schedules and sales documentation. Project Coordinator

We are hiring for an established lighting company.

Job Department: Sales

Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager in managing schedules and distributing all sales documentation.
  • Attend sales queries, prepare and follow up on any sales quotations, delivery of products, and installation works.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal department stakeholders and external partners such as architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare lighting proposals and drafts of lighting plans.
  • Participate in lighting design and conduct site visits and surveys.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties and tasks assigned.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the Company.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related capacity.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or other equivalent software platforms.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch‑Up, and Photoshop.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Capability to work and adapt well in fast‑paced environments with strong resilience under deadlines and targets.
