As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates with fitout industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Highlights

  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm (willing to work after office hours and during weekends when necessary)

Job Description
  • Attending weekly site meeting and providing site progress report
  • Handling paperwork documentation required for commencement of works and project closing
  • Managing project progress and logistics
  • Supervision and execution of site works or defects
  • Other ad hoc project related administrative matters
Job Requirements
  • Qualification in Project Management / Building Management / Construction Management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project is an added advantage
  • Well-organized and good communication skills
  • Independent and has eye for detail
  • Experience in corporate interior design or construction industry is preferred
