Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are hiring for an Established Lighting Company a Project Coordinator.

Department: Sales

Work Location: 21 Kallang Avenue

Responsibilities
  • Assist manager in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
  • Attend to sales queries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, product deliveries, and installation works.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal department stakeholders and external parties such as architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare lighting proposals.
  • Draft lighting plans.
  • Participate in lighting design.
  • Conduct site visits and site surveys.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by the company.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related capacity.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or other equivalent software platforms.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch‑Up, and Photoshop software.
  • Good team player with a willingness to learn and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
