Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist the project manager in executing project plans at the construction site. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring project progress, liaising with stakeholders, and updating construction documents. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at construction site.
  • Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing.
  • Ensure construction site fulfill authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.
  • Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
  • Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
  • Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager.
  • Ensure project progress is on schedule and meets the timeline given.
  • Ensure having the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawings given.
  • Update drawings if there is any revision and keep an updated copy in site office and head office.
  • Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encountered on site and propose feasible solutions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager.
