Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Site Management Team to coordinate site work and complete projects on time.
• Assist Site Team to liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure work quality and adherence to schedules.
• Manage projects to achieve smooth implementation and completion.
• Support the Manager in project costing and re‑engineering to increase profit margins, prepare monthly progress claims, and control expenditure budgets.
• Provide support to customers and the site project team in selecting equipment.
• Participate in technical discussions, progress meetings with clients, M&E consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Assist the Safety Coordinator/Safety Officer in planning, assessing, and implementing the Project Safety System.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant academic achievements in Electrical Engineering/Building Services or related.
• Preferably with relevant experience at local construction sites.
• Strong project management experience in Electrical Installation projects (especially turnkey and A&A works) with solid technical knowledge and site experience.
• Effective communicator with strong leadership qualities and high initiative.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Project software.
• Motivated, responsible, positive attitude, and capable of working under pressure.
• Availability to work onsite mostly and after office hours occasionally due to project schedules.
