Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Track project progress and report any issues or delays.
- Handle project-related duties from briefing to completion.
- Assist with site coordination and act as contact point.
- Support Project Managers in daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate communication among project team members.
- Monitor costs to ensure project delivery within budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they align with project goals and timelines.
- Track project progress, plan and expenditures, and report any issues or delays to the project manager, escalating when necessary.
- Handle and support all project-related duties from project briefing to completion, including profit sheets, vendor quotations, submitting vendor invoices, project inventory updates, redistribution orders, project coordination, and logistics arrangements.
- Assist in reviewing as-built floor plans, reports, etc.
- Assist with site coordination works as needed and act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Support Project Managers in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other related documents.
- Facilitate communication among project team members.
- Ensure all project documentation is stored and organized according to company policies.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors and the entire supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow workflow procedures and meet deadlines and schedules.
- Compile and distribute project reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain previous and existing projects.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
