The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to join our Singapore office. This is a unique opportunity to take part in the full delivery of hotel project in Singapore — from design development to construction completion. Candidates with proven experience in hospitality projects and on-site construction oversight will excel in this role. QP (Qualified Person) status is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record in hospitality projects or large-scale developments, with end-to-end construction experience in Singapore
• Strong background in architectural detailing, design development, and construction documentation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Strong communication skills in written, oral, and graphic form
• In-depth understanding of local codes and regulations; QP registration is an advantage
• Strong design sensibility and ability to work independently
