Job summary
A creative production company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, scheduling, and customer fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and multi-tasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. This role requires working independently while adhering to dynamic scheduling needs. Office hours are 9am - 6pm, five days a week.

Responsibilities
- Generate daily operation plan.
- Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast.
- Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignments.
- Collaborate on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
- Ensure 100% customer fulfilment.

Job Description
- Generate daily operation plan
- Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast
- Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
- Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
- Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
- Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments
- Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
- To liaise with supploers/ vendor for material & service procurement and prepare PO, quotation
Requirements
- Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
- Ability to multi-task and manage sudden changes in priorities.
- Logical approach to problem-solving, inventive, and results-oriented, with high attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle customer and vendor requests via telephone, email, web.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written & listening.
- Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
