Job summary

A creative production company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, scheduling, and customer fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and multi-tasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. This role requires working independently while adhering to dynamic scheduling needs. Office hours are 9am - 6pm, five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily operation plan.
  • Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast.
  • Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignments.
  • Collaborate on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
  • Ensure 100% customer fulfilment.

  • Generate daily operation plan
  • Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast
  • Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
  • Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
  • Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
  • Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments
  • Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
  • To liaise with supploers/ vendor for material & service procurement and prepare PO, quotation
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
  • Ability to multi-task and manage sudden changes in priorities.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving, inventive, and results-oriented, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer and vendor requests via telephone, email, web.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written & listening.
  • Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
