Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive to lead active ageing programmes within the community, ensuring high standards and effective client engagement. The ideal candidate should have a diploma (preferably in Social Services), at least one year of relevant programme coordination experience, and excellent skills in stakeholder management. Responsibilities include planning, conducting, and evaluating programmes, guiding volunteers, and managing budgets. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from SGD 2600 to SGD 3500.

Qualifications

  • Preferably in Social Services or related fields.
  • Experience in programme coordination, ideally in social services or healthcare.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly.
  • Ensure programmes meet standards and achieve desired client outcomes.
  • Implement new programmes/services based on user needs.
  • Conduct programme evaluations and gather feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and initiate necessary changes.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications for programmes.
  • Guide volunteers in programme activities.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources.

Programme Executive
  • Working days: 5.5days
  • Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
  • Working location: Eunos
  • Salary range: SGD 2600 - SGD 3500
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.

  • Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Job Requirements
