Job summary

A mission-driven non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking to hire a professional to coordinate and administer various programs. The ideal candidate will support grant-related processes, maintain accurate records, and assist senior management with projects and events. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a minimum of GCE 'N' Levels. This full-time role offers a salary of $2,800 and operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Scope :

  • Coordinate and administer programmes in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
  • Administer grant-related processes including claims review, salary support verification, and employer enquiries.
  • Monitor submissions, consolidate reports, and maintain accurate programme records.
  • Track claims, support audits, and contribute to SOP enhancements for efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide operational support for projects / events and assist senior management with ad‑hoc assignments.

Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
