A leading technology company in Singapore is searching for a Program & Process Engineer to lead supply chain strategic initiatives. This role focuses on factory relocation, partner KPI performance, and managing resiliency projects. Ideal candidates have an Engineering degree and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include leading projects like factory relocations and ensuring manufacturing partners meet key performance metrics. This is a full-time on-site role without travel or shift requirements.
The role includes leading, managing and implementing Supply Chain strategic initiatives. Key focus areas: factory relocation, partner shop floor KPI performance management, supply chain resiliency projects, business continuous planning, digital dashboards, and NPI & sustaining.
