Program & Process Engineer

The role includes leading, managing and implementing Supply Chain strategic initiatives. Key focus areas: factory relocation, partner shop floor KPI performance management, supply chain resiliency projects, business continuous planning, digital dashboards, and NPI & sustaining.

Job: Engineering. Schedule: Full time. Shift: No shift premium (Singapore). Travel: None. Relocation: None.

Responsibilities

• Lead & support factory relocation projects, including new partner capabilities evaluation, schedule & cost management, tooling transfer, factory process buy‑off, and stabilization management.
• Ensure manufacturing partners meet TCE KPI metrics: shipment predictability, factory cycle time, and on‑time shipment.
• Manage & de‑risk supply chain events such as timely BCP management, cybersecurity management, and resiliency initiatives.
• Lead and implement future‑ready Supply Chain digital dashboards.
• Lead or participate in New Product Introduction & Sustaining support activities.

Qualifications
