You are a skilled Transitions Senior Manager with a background in the mortgage domain, including managing pre-sales activities like RFP and RFIs. Your role involves overseeing the transition of projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. You are expected to possess strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of mortgage processes and systems. Demonstrating self-drive, ownership, a hands-on approach, multi-tasking ability, detail orientation, proactive communication, and excellent stakeholder management skills & competencies are essential for this role.As a Senior Manager / Program Director based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive transition plans for mortgage projects, products, and services. Your tasks include defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligning with business goals. Identifying key stakeholders, establishing communication channels, and ensuring clarity and consensus on project objectives are crucial aspects of your role.You will lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the transition process. Fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition phase, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors is essential.Your role involves identifying potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the transition process or project outcomes. Developing risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and monitoring project risks throughout the transition lifecycle are critical tasks. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures is also part of your responsibilities.To qualify for this position, you should hold a UG/PG Degree with at least 12 years of work experience in handling process transitions, preferably in a business process outsourcing setup.
