Description

As the Marketing lead for Products and Programs, you will drive the strategic development and marketing efforts for all our product launches, product momentum, and affordability programs across APAC including Apple Trade In and financing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and conversion at Apple Retail and drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, PR, Legal, Store Operations, Commercial and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives
  • Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience, with at least 4 years of omni-channel marketing experience in a multi market capacity, ideally within Asia
  • Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike
  • Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines
  • Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels

  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
  • Experienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
  • Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work
