Job description

• Managing resources to maximize test equipment uptime capacity for production requirements
• Make Modifications, installation to improve test systems and test procedures.
• Take on Control cost and budget or expenditure forecasting
• Ensure proper documentation
• Take part in employee involvement team
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on testing equipment
• Give training to Test Engineering Assistant or Technician
• Involvement in special projects
• Resolution to all test hardware or software issues to meet zero True Power Factor
• Develop and drive Tapping Torque Testing, Thermal Transient Testing, and TimeTemperature-Transformation diagrams for all products
• Modification of test software to enhance test method
• Supervision to contracting technical personnel required to carry out assignments

Requirements

• Possesses at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering
• At least 15 years of working experience, with 12 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing testing environment
• At least 3 years in managerial/supervisory experience in managerial role.
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Proficient oral and written communication Skills
• Good Time Management, Analytical problem-solving, Decision making and Leadership skills
• Candidates with proficiency in Information Communication Technology tools is a plus
