An established company in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team and oversee production activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring quality compliance, and planning schedules. Candidates should possess at least Nitec or Higher Nitec qualifications, with experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Job Scope

Production Supervisor

• Lead team of 40 - 50 technicians and operators
• Supervise daily production activities, including assembly, testing, and first article builds
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
• Train and guide production staff while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and high product quality
• Work with other departments to solve production problems and improve processes
• Keep track of inventory, maintain production records, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement

Senior Technician

• Check products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Fix simple machine or process issues to avoid delays
• Help with assembling, testing, and packing products
• Keep records of production activities
• Work with the team to meet production goals

Requirements

• Possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant field
• Relevant experience in semiconductor industry will have added advantage
