Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
• Oversee incident investigations, troubleshooting, process control, and emergency response.
• Act as Site Main Controller (SMC) during after-hours emergencies.
• Manage terminal inventory systems, permit-to-work coordination, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, VF standards, and all regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Lead audits (customer, ISO, THA, safety) and ensure timely readiness and compliance.
• Manage manpower planning, workflow scheduling, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expectations professionally.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen operational competency.
• Conduct staff performance reviews, JCP assessments, and close competency gaps.
• Support training initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and promote ACE programs.
• Lead the team positively through change management and succession planning.
• Supervise and guide technicians and contractors to ensure operational excellence.
