Job summary

A global MNC in the EMS sector is seeking a customer account coordinator to manage communication and delivery-related coordination with clients. This role involves timely customer responses, updates on production and order statuses, and collaboration with internal teams to meet delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain or Business and a basic understanding of MS Excel. This position offers a basic salary up to $4700, along with AWS, bonuses, and medical claims, with a work-from-home setup.

Job scope:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring smooth communication and high service levels.
• Prepare and provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery status, and order progress.
• Work closely with production and internal teams to align production plans with customer delivery requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; entry level
• Experience in contract manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office; SAP or MRP knowledge is an advantage.
