A local manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated production operator to manage equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and assisting junior operators. Working hours are from 8.30 am to 6 pm for five days a week. Responsibilities

• Setup production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctioning and/or required repairing.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance for production efficiency and quality.
• Clean equipment when needed.
• Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete assigned duties in a timely manner.
• Operate industrial transportation vehicles to transfer production parts.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies on production operations.
• Maintain work area clean, safe and organized.
• Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to waste management programs.
• Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.
• Provide assistance to junior operators.
