Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and ordering of materials to support production using SAP system
• Responsible for submission of monthly reconciliation report (cycle count)
• Liaise and work closely with production and any BTP discrepancies investigation and feedback to customer (cycle count)
• Coordinate and arrange transportation for delivery of finished goods to customer and collection of materials from various warehouse
• Responsible for generating and implementing of procedures for all planning related such as Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Responsible to submit weekly inventory report to customer
• Initiate action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity for activities related to material control and planning
• Recommend and verify the implementation of product non-conformity solution related to storage and material control such as FIFO
• Responsible to work with customer on purchase order and daily delivery on time
• Ensure production operation meet the company’s quality policy and objective and comply to customer requirement
• Create harmonious working environment to work as a team
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in related discipline
• Min 1-3 years of relevant Production Planner experience
• Proficient in MS Office & SAP
