Job summary

A leading life science company in Singapore seeks a Production Technician responsible for supporting the production of high-quality instruments while ensuring compliance with established GMP procedures. The role includes leading a team of operators, ensuring the training and competency of staff, performing inventory management, assisting with defect analysis, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have a diploma in engineering with relevant experience in a regulated environment, strong technical drawing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 13485-2016 or CFR 21 compliance.
• Participated in relevant audits or inspections is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in daily line operations.
• Lead Operators to achieve production goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Skills

Ability to read technical drawings

Understanding of production bill of materials

Proactive team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Basic Electronics knowledge

Education

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

NTC or ITE Certificate in relevant fields
