A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is looking for a Production Executive to oversee daily administrative functions and production operations. The ideal candidate should have a tertiary education in Business Administration or a related field, experience in administrative roles, and strong multitasking and organizational skills. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and supporting staff training activities. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficiency and compliance in operations.
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth production operations, and supporting management in optimizing organizational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Coordinate/Work with Customer Service Team to ensure all SO are processed and delivered on time.
Coordinate with Production Team to ensure in-house production orders/jobs are produced & delivered on time in a timely manner.
Coordinate closely with oversea counterpart to ensure essential production support are promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
Monitor daily operations and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Ensure all inventory inclusive of raw materials, parts and finish goods, are promptly ordered/replenished when below minimum quantity & ensure they are delivered as per requested date
Conduct timely or monthly cycle count to ensure all stocks are accurate as in system and physically.
Manage inventory, supplier and vendor relationships.
Assist in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and performance tracking.
Process purchase requisition, expense reimbursements.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and contract management.
Tertiary Education in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Experience in administrative or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software/tools.
