Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Manage processes to meet quality/output targets, troubleshoot process and optimize workflow.
  • Assist production operations including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Cover duties in the absence of operators, inspections, calibration/ adjustments on machinery.
  • Monitor parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Document production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and ensure recording of production metrics.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Identify recurring issues, recommend solutions, ensure safe operating of equipment & housekeeping.
  • Communicate with quality control, maintenance, logistics teams and support training programs.
  • Propose innovative ideas for cost savings and productivity improvements.
Qualifications:

Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with 1 year experience preferred
