As a Production Engineer, you will turn data into actionable improvements. Your role involves analysing production trends, performing root cause analysis, and uncovering issues that affect efficiency and quality. By presenting insights and convincing stakeholders on the right solutions, you will help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support production in accomplishing production goals, execute Lean Manufacturing and improve product quality.
  • Drive improvements for production processes, material flow, labour efficiency and machine utilisation.
  • Support and facilitate self-inspections to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, QMS, and internal standards.
  • Ensure production team complies with the standard work processes, use of templates and 5S practices.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality control to achieve production excellence.
Requirements
  • Diploma in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline
  • 3 years' relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Excel to analyse and present production data.
  • Understanding of 5S, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Process Control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in clean room environment.
