The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a TechMNC to search for a Product Specialist (JapaneseSpeaking).
  • Role will start off as a contract assignment.
The Job:

A Product Specialist applies strong product and operational knowledge to independently deliver core execution, support, and feedback activities. You contribute to product launches, training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, and are recognized for consistent, high-quality work across your product area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review product performance against previous launches and use insights to refine processes and improve future outcomes.

  • Train service teams on product features, common issues, and updates with minimal guidance.

  • Support troubleshooting during outages and coordinate response communications for business stakeholders.

  • Assess product readiness for launch by evaluating maturity, risks, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Execute all operational tasks required to prepare for product launches.

  • Create and validate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure they meet customer, partner, and internal needs.

  • Provide structured, data-backed feedback to help guide product improvements.

  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities within and outside the team.

  • Assist customers in planning, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining product usage.

  • Manage beta programs and experiments by defining criteria, preparing materials, recruiting participants, and gathering prioritized feedback.

Requirements:
  • Role involves customer care work with a focus on hardware support.

  • Possess at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Requires understanding of:

    1. Support operations and general operational workflows

    2. Project management practices

    3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Japanese-speaking language is needed, as the role is required to liaise with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
