Assess product readiness for launch by evaluating maturity, risks, and stakeholder feedback.
Execute all operational tasks required to prepare for product launches.
Create and validate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure they meet customer, partner, and internal needs.
Provide structured, data-backed feedback to help guide product improvements.
Share best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities within and outside the team.
Assist customers in planning, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining product usage.
Manage beta programs and experiments by defining criteria, preparing materials, recruiting participants, and gathering prioritized feedback.
Role involves customer care work with a focus on hardware support.
