What will I be doing?

• Identify safety risks in product feature domains, e.g. livestream, search, account, comment etc., and leverage policy solution to effectively address the risks
• Collaborate with Product Policy, Global Public Policy, Product, Operations, Legal, and Public Relations teams to build consensus on global feature policies and processes
• Streamline cross-functional workflow to optimize policy implementation
• Provide prompt and professional input from the user safety perspective to support new product feature launches

Qualifications

What should I bring?

• 2-5 years of experience in policy development, specifically regarding technology/internet/social media/content
• Bachelors degree in public policy, politics, law, economics, communications, behavioral sciences or related field
• Excellent oral and written communications with the ability to translate complex challenges into simple and clear language and persuade between multiple levels
• Strong analytical reasoning, execution, project management and stakeholders management skills
• Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience working in the trust and safety industry for tech companies
• Experience working on live-streaming, accounts, comments, or search related safety issues
