- Own case‑level analysis and governance for high‑risk content, over‑enforcement (false positives), and under‑enforcement (false negatives) in the TikTok LIVE ecosystem
- Conduct deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) based on real cases to investigate metric fluctuations (e.g., CGVR, COR, reports)
- Abstract common risk patterns from individual or small sets of cases, and assess whether issues are isolated incidents or systemic problems
- Work closely with Product, Algorithm, Data, and Moderation teams to translate analysis findings into strategy, model, or process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience with case analysis and root cause attribution, with the ability to independently drive the full loop from issue identification to actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex problems across multiple layers, including content/risk definition, model performance, human moderation quality, and system or policy configuration.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, with a rigorous and detail‑oriented approach to validating cases, data, and decision criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with model or strategy evaluation, including A/B testing and performance analysis in safety or risk‑related contexts.
- Working knowledge of model evaluation metrics (e.g., Precision, Recall, F1) and the ability to apply sound judgment when interpreting metric changes.
- Understanding of human–machine collaboration, including trade‑offs between automated models, human review, and policy or strategy decisions.
- Experience with multilingual content, international products, or cross‑market operations, with sensitivity to cultural and regional risk differences.
