Responsibilities

Team Introduction: As part of the Monetization Product, the SMB Product Growth team is positioned to help Small to Medium Business customers grow with TikTok through personalized, actionable, and effective guidance.

  1. Establish and scale a global third-party partner program, focused on new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
  2. Identify new strategic partnership opportunities and develop comprehensive execution plans.
  3. Manage a diverse partner portfolio, ranging from enterprise-level companies to individual content creators, by designing and implementing commission structures, acquisition strategies, and growth initiatives.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the nuances across different regions, countries, and partner segments.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Creator groups, to identify and onboard relevant publishers, brands, and partners.
Qualifications
  1. Substantial experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: user growth on digital platforms, affiliate growth, channel sales, or agency recruitment.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build influence.
  3. Familiarity with social media, mobile applications, and advertising product sales (including self-serve platforms, and digital advertising purchased via auctions/bidding). Experience with Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) is preferred.
  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis, derive insights, and synthesize findings through clear and concise communication.
  5. Solution-oriented professional with proven experience in problem-solving and strategy development.
  6. Detail-oriented approach, focused on improving internal processes and providing feedback while developing solutions for clients.
