Qualifications

• Deep understanding of governance strategies and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in collaborating with R&D and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement minor safety content strategies.
• Develop product roadmap for minor content safety and track success metrics.
• Identify and assess content safety risks using data and case analysis.
• Collaborate with Policy, Algor, RD, Legal, and other teams for efficient execution.
• Adjust product strategies based on internal and external feedback.
