Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to set up and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and experience in semiconductor assembly and testing. Responsibilities include creating procedures for equipment testing and collaboration with engineering teams. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and be willing to travel for field support.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience.
• Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
• Able to travel overseas for field support when required.
